All of the leather that we use for collars and leashes are made from 8-10oz full grain vegetable tanned bridle leather.

We understand that even when measuring, sometimes things may just not fit. To counteract this, we advise contacting us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns. We can’t return or exchange any customized collars/leashes but if you do not have any name stamped into the collar/leash we most definitely can do a refund or exchange. You can find out more in our returns and exchange policy.

We recommend that you condition the leather every few months or when needed. Leather is a natural product and will dry out so just like we take care of our leather boots, belts and bags our collars and leashes can be cared for in the same way. Find out more on our Leather Care page.

We are located in Whistler BC, Canada. If you live in the Sea to Sky area we offer free local pick up. If you are from outside of the area but plan to visit Whistler and want to pick up your order that is doable, just send us an email and we can arrange the details.

We aim to have all orders shipped within 5-7 days from when the order was placed. If we are waiting on any leather or hardware restock we will let you know ASAP. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number(domestic shipping). The time your package takes to arrive varies between your address.
