Repairs/Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our success. If you wish to return or exchange any item, please e-mail us at info@wedgedogcollection.com within 21 days of receipt. All items must be approved to return and/or exchange and must be shipped backed to us unused and in the original state as shipped, including all original attached tags and a printed out receipt. We will gladly exchange your item(s), or issue you a refund. If you need to have an item(s) repaired please e-mail us describing the area needing repair and we will happily do our best to have it repaired.

Note* Monogrammed pieces are unfortunately not returnable/exchangeable unless faulty.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Once you have received an approval for your item(s) to be returned, exchanged or repaired, please re-package your item carefully so that it returns to us undamaged. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or is able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we cannot accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves. Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for returns/exchanges.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
